Braindump Note Terms of Service

Guidelines and agreements for using the application

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Braindump Note ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Braindump Note provides a private personal productivity application that enables users to record, organize, auto-tag, and export voice notes, webhook transmissions, and quick thoughts. Features include categorization, search, CSV import/export, and automated database backups to configured storage disks.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full intellectual property rights and complete ownership of all content, voice notes, transcripts, categories, and database files processed by the Service. We claim no ownership over your notes or data.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive)

The Service offers optional integration with third-party storage providers, including Google Drive, solely for backing up application database archives. You acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the server or interfere with the security of the application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Service or loss of data. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of their notes.
